Healthy Boundaries in Ministry Class

What are healthy boundaries? Why are they important? What is the difference between boundary crossing and boundary violation? Beginning with an understanding of the nature of ministry, this workshop will focus on the broad range of professional boundaries that include but consist of much more than prevention of sexual misconduct.

This live virtual class will be October 12 from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm with an hour break for lunch. The training will be offered by the Des Moines Pastoral Counseling Center and fulfills the required training for members of Des Moines Presbytery, Prospect Hill Presbytery, and North Central Iowa Presbytery. To receive credit for attendance, you must attend the entire class. There is no cost to members of the presbyteries.
