What’s Your Climate Story?

Mar 7, 2024

Each year, Iowa Interfaith Power & Light brings faith leaders and farmers together for conversation about the beliefs, values, and stories that guide them in their work as together we respond to the climate crisis. These conversations help participants to feel valued and heard, inspire new actions, and help equip people of faith and conscience to have similar conversations in their communities.

Our Faith Farms and Climate events are opportunities to connect with others over a free meal and during a guided conversation. In four Iowa communities (Boone, Coralville, Grinnell, and Panora), we’ll be holding events for faith leaders, then follow those up 2-3 weeks later with similar events for farmers. We hope you’ll participate and/or invite faith leaders and farmers you know to take part. You can find our 2024 schedule of locations and dates along with information about how to participate at here.
