Children’s ministry lead teacher (part time) at First Presbyterian Church of Cedar Falls

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY LEAD TEACHER
8 hours per week
Opening for person to teach children age 5 through 5th grade using faith building curriculum; and to lead and support volunteers in planning for children’s ministries including teacher recruitment, training, and fellowship events.

Skills
• Strong Christian faith
• Training or experience in child and youth education
• Experience in recruitment, training, support of volunteers
• Interest in new opportunities or developing new programs
• Personal resourcefulness, organization and flexibility

Schedule
• Teach Sunday mornings September through May
• Primarily in person
• Occasional special days and times or online
• Flexible planning and coordination time
